Yep, last night I arrived in Arizona. I'm livin' with my sis and gonna get my life on track.

The nuthouse? Yep, I was at the Midwest Regional Mental Health Unit for a week and a half. How'd I get there? Well, I almost had a full seizure from my vertigo meds/malnutrition/stress and went into the ER. They did a pysco-analasyse(sp?) on me and took me up there. It was actually kinda cool/fun. Everyone there was there for severe depression, suicide attempts and bipolar relapses, so nothing real crazy. I made alot of friends and found myself again. The me that Cliff beat into submission. We had group time 4 times a day and a mix of that and my new anti-depressants, I'm doing grat. But I do cry at the thought of how long I'll be away from my kids and Oklahoma for.

My plans? Well I hopee back to OK by fall semester at Rose State Comm. College, so I gotta get my GED and I'm gonna join Mary Kay again (I'll have a website so if you guys want, you can buy stuff from me) so I can earn some income, since $100 a month from cliff ain't gonna cut it. So if I do Mary Kay right, I can make more then enough money to do what I want to accomplish. Our Divorce is going to be final late Mach, so I gotta hrry up. I'm gonna continue going to a therapist and going to outpaitent cognitive day groups (like the groups in the mental ward, but you can leave home ). I'm gonna get on my own insurance ad That'll basically be it, then work on making myself independent.

so in 6-8 months I plan to:
Join a cognitive day group
See a therapist
switch insurance companies
get Social Security if I can or if I have to
Join Mary Kay and become a make-up and beauty consultant.
get my GED
Get more indepenant.

This is going to be hard and scarey for me so I ask that you all pray. I wanna be around my kids again because I refuse to watch them grow up over a webcam. I want to goto Rose state and get my Digital Art-Media degree and become a professional phto manipulatar.
Those are my goals. I wanna rely on God to help me, so prayers would be sooooooooooo appreciated.
